A Smart Location. Located just 2 minutes from the planned multimillion dollar Coomera Town Centre, centred around the Coomera railway station, Genesis is a smart choice. Synergy Recreation centre, a $3M investment for exclusive use by Genesis residents, an epicenter for recreation providing gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, cinema room, business and education facilities. The signage had to reflect the current 'look and feel' whilst providing an energy and point of difference to the concepts. What was conceived is a combination of recycled timber, polished and linished stainless steel. The project is due for completion mid 2008.
